Industrial Effluent Treatment System for Metal Manufacturing Plant Click to enlarge
  • Project
    The water discharge for rinsing the metal parts after the degreasing process is not fulfilling with the Standard B, Environmental Quality (Sewage and Industrial Effluents) Regulations 1979. The parameter iron is above 4.0 mg/l.
  • Solution
    Design and set up the industrial effluent treatment system by using chemical treatment. With the suitable treatment, the parameter iron success to be reduced from 4.0 mg/l to less than 1 mg/l. In the between the system also help to reduce the parameter for COD and BOD.


Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) Monitoring at thermal coating plant Click to enlarge
  • Project
    Checking the effectiveness of the local exhaust suction that help to suck out the dust when carry out the coating process.
  • Solution
    Monitor the designated point according the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienist (ACGIH) to ensure the efficiency of the system. Volumetric flow rate, fan static pressure, fan speed, motor speed of the system has been measured. The result concludes that the system is lack of effectiveness due to some leakage and corrosion in the system. Corrective action has been advised by the Hygiene Technician to customer to ensure to enhance the system effectiveness again in the next monitoring.

  • Project
    Food industrial customer request to have a quality assurance equipment to measure the jelly sealing to ensure the product reliability.
  • Solution
    Our designer customizes an air pressure jig for the customer to fulfil their jelly sealing monitoring purpose. The special of this jig is using the digital display to replace the old analogue reading system. The pressure can be hold at the maximum reading once the jelly sealing is burst. This digital system design is without PLC control. The display reading just needs to be reset to get the next reading. The jig is comply with the low noise generate concept and contribute a comfortable working environment.

    The quarry operation need to have the environmental impact assessment carry out before get the approval by Department of Environment.
  • Solution
    Our EIA assessment team will carry out the study of the location of the quarry and the surrounding environment. The impact to the environment will be analysis and the mitigating measures will be proposed. This is to ensure the impact to the environment is minimizing although with the operations of the quarry. The flora, fauna and residence nearby is included in the study scope. The water sample is taken for analysis to ensure the current environment condition and will be monitor after the quarry operates. This is to ensure the effectiveness of the mitigating measures.
